By accessing, browsing, or using the Service, you affirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and agree to comply with them. Ekaje is an app discovery platform that aggregates information about mobile applications, including metadata, rankings, and user reviews. The Service itself does not host or distribute apps. All app downloads and installations are performed through third-party app stores, primarily Google Play, via links provided by Ekaje. Ekaje does not guarantee the availability, safety, or legality of any app listed on the Service.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content and materials available on the Ekaje platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software (collectively, “Ekaje Content”) are owned by Ekaje or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for its intended purpose, but you may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from Ekaje Content without Ekaje’s prior written consent. The Ekaje name, logos, and marks are protected trademarks and trade dress. Unauthorized use may violate trademark laws and other statutes.

4. License to Use the Service; Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, Ekaje grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purposes. You agree not to engage in actions that could harm the Service or other users, including, but not limited to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from Ekaje Content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or networks connected to the Service;
• Using automated means to access or harvest data from the Service without Ekaje’s express permission.

5. Third-Party Links and Apps

The Service contains links to third-party applications and stores. Apps linked from Ekaje are hosted and maintained by Google Play or other third parties, not by Ekaje. Ekaje does not control the content, availability, accuracy, security, or policies of any third-party apps or stores. Your use of any linked app is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the respective provider. Ekaje disclaims any liability arising from your use of third-party apps or stores. Downloads and installations occur through official channels (e.g., Google Play); Ekaje cannot guarantee the safety, licensing, or legality of apps outside the Service.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EKaje PROVIDES THE SERVICE “AS IS” AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EKaje DOES NOT WARRANT that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. EKaje disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall Ekaje, its affiliates, officers, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The aggregate liability of Ekaje for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, by you to access the Service.

8. Indemnification

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek provisional relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for matters involving confidentiality or intellectual property rights.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No failure or delay by Ekaje in enforcing any provision of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of such provision. You may not assign these Terms without Ekaje’s prior written consent.
